Having successfully led and managed teams for 15+ years, I've devoted my professional life to learning how humans operate in groups, what makes them tick in certain situations and how to align them towards a common goal even when interests do not.

Throughout my leadership journey I took note of certain principles from various disciplines that showed up time and time again. With that, I developed this course to highlight those principles and assist others on their leadership journey.

Incentives

In this module we'll go through what drives the humans on the team you lead, how to motivate them through incentives and how to coach them to see that the small things add up to the bigger picture.



Relativity

You'll run into people on the team who have differing perspectives more times than you can count. In this module we'll look to help you develop the perspective needed to be able to effectively lead a group and see things from all angles.

Mental Model Lattice Creation

This entire course is built around developing an inventory of knowledge for you to call on, or latticework if you will. At the end of each module, we will be adding an icon to our lattice, indicating we own the content along with reviewing how to call upon that knowledge in different scenarios
